Investors are Bearish on Growth

Looking at a principal components analysis (PCA) of key US asset returns, we can see that, since the beginning of July, investors have strongly re-priced growth downward. Interestingly, monetary policy and US dollar pricing has remained relatively stable over the same period, while pricing on inflation concerns has steadily increased.
